Hoka Speedgoat 7 Womens Trail Running Shoes Vintage Yellow/Neon Flame

The Hoka Speedgoat 7 is designed for trail runners who want a balance of responsiveness, protection and long-distance comfort. Changes to the midsole improve versatility compared to the previous version, making the shoe better suited to uneven and technical terrain while retaining a fast and efficient feel.

The super critical EVA midsole offers a firm and responsive platform that absorbs trail impacts more effectively than the Speedgoat 6. The high stack height provides protection without feeling unstable, and the rocker-shaped geometry helps maintain forward momentum and reduce impact forces. This combination supports efficient running and helps limit fatigue during longer sessions.

The Vibram Megagrip outsole provides excellent grip on rock, hard-packed trails and mixed surfaces. A 5mm lug depth allows for smooth transitions on firmer ground while still offering traction when conditions become softer. The upper includes a secure heel cup, soft internal padding and a thin, pliable tongue with targeted padding to improve comfort and fit. A wide fit option is available to accommodate different foot shapes.
