After an order ships, a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent when tracking is available.

Shipping Information

Our primary sales market is the United States. We also ship to additional destinations that are enabled and accepted through our checkout.

The same Standard Shipping estimate applies to the destinations currently accepted through our checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, address problems, border procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Payments and Checkout

Our primary store currency is United States Dollars (USD). Prices and the final transaction currency will be displayed before payment is submitted.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Baxpaddle does not charge a restocking fee. No restocking or return-handling fee will be deducted from an approved refund.

For eligible returns based on size, fit, colour, style, personal preference, or another reason not caused by a product problem, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Baxpaddle will be responsible for return shipping when:

• The customer received an incorrect item.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The product has a confirmed defect or quality issue.

Please contact Customer Support before mailing a return so we can provide the applicable return instructions and identify the package. Contacting us does not shorten or replace the applicable 30-day return period.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply, including rights available to eligible UK consumers, those rights are not restricted by our commercial return policy.
