Providing controlled cushioning with a small amount of compression and rebound, the super critical EVA midsole allows you to run efficiently without the shoe feeling soft or unstable. Despite its responsive nature and lower profile cushioning, it does help to reduce fatigue over longer runs. With a 5mm drop and rocker-shaped midsole the shoe supports smoother transitions, improved efficiency and greater stability, noticeable when changing direction on technical trails.

Delivering dependable traction on wet and dry surfaces, the Vibram Megagrip outsole, with 5mm lugs, performs well on hard-packed trails as well as offering grip when the going gets softer underfoot. Enhancements to the upper include a more secure heel hold with improved padding around the collar and a partially gusseted tongue that helps to reduce movement and stop debris getting in.
