The midsole, formed from super critical EVA foam, provides controlled cushioning with a small amount of compression and rebound. This design feature allows you to run efficiently without the shoe feeling soft or unstable. Despite its responsive nature, the cushioning is sufficient enough to help reduce fatigue over longer runs. The midsole rocker and 5mm drop work to promote smoother transitions, improved efficiency and greater stability when changing direction, especially when running on technical trails.

The Vibram Megagrip feature on the outsole delivers dependable traction on wet and dry surfaces, while the 5mm lugs perform well on hard-packed trails, offering reliable grip on softer ground. The breathable, woven-fabric upper provides a secure heel hold with improved padding around the collar while the partially gusseted tongue helps to reduce movement and prevent debris from entering the shoe.
