Hoka Speedgoat 7 Womens Trail Running Shoes Berry Jam/Starlight Glow

The Hoka Speedgoat 7 is a versatile trail running shoe designed for a wide range of distances, from everyday trail runs to ultra events. It offers a responsive ride that suits runners who prefer a quicker feel while still benefiting from the protection and stability associated with Hoka’s high-stack trail shoes. Updates in this version improve comfort and performance on more broken terrain.

The super critical EVA midsole provides controlled cushioning with a small amount of compression and rebound, allowing you to run efficiently without the shoe feeling soft or unstable. Despite its responsive nature, the cushioning helps reduce fatigue over longer runs. The rocker-shaped midsole and 5mm drop support smoother transitions, improved efficiency and greater stability when changing direction on technical trails.

The Vibram Megagrip outsole delivers reliable traction on wet and dry surfaces, with 5mm lugs that perform well on hard-packed trails while still offering grip on softer ground. The upper provides a secure heel hold with improved padding around the collar and a partially gusseted tongue to reduce movement and debris. The Speedgoat 7 is available in both standard and wide fit options for women.
