Hoka Speedgoat 7 Men's Trail Running Shoes Black/Hoka Citrus

The Hoka Speedgoat 7 is built for trail runners who want a responsive shoe that can still handle long distances and technical terrain. Updates to the midsole make this version more adaptable than the Speedgoat 6, improving comfort and control on rougher trails without losing its quick, efficient feel.

The super critical EVA midsole offers a firm but absorbent platform that flexes to the contours of the trail, helping to manage rocks and roots more effectively. The rocker-shaped geometry encourages forward momentum, supports a quicker cadence and promotes a more upright running posture. A 5mm heel-to-forefoot drop helps reduce heel striking, improving efficiency and stability on uneven ground.

The upper features a secure heel cup with softer internal padding for improved step-in comfort. A thin, pliable tongue with zonal padding reduces lace pressure and improves fit, while an additional lace eyelet allows for a more locked-in heel. The Vibram Megagrip outsole with 5mm lugs provides dependable traction across mixed terrain, making the Speedgoat 7 suitable for everything from long trail runs to ultra races.
