Other updates to the Bondi 9 include a new supercritical EVA foam midsole, which is lighter and more responsive than earlier models. The continuation of the 5mm drop and the rocker-shaped geometry reduce braking forces and help to promote an efficient stride with a smooth transition from landing to toe-off, helping to maintain an upright posture and quick cadence. Despite the 2mm increase in overall stack height, the shoe still feels sleek, light and stable, thanks to the narrower forefoot and wider midfoot platform. Designed to ensure your foot sits within the midsole, the Bondi 9 enhances stability and keeps transitions smooth, even on varied terrain.

The abrasion-resistant rubber pods of the outsole provide reliable traction and durability, gripping well even in wet conditions. At just 297g for a men’s UK 9, the Bondi 9 feels light despite its size, making it an easy option for comfortable miles. While not built for speed sessions or race PBs, the Bondi 9 excels in comfort and cushioning.
